| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨国产利福昔明治疗急性细菌性肠道感染的有效性和安全性。方法：按照系统评价的要求,全面检索了1994年1月-2008年12月中国医院数字图书馆、中文科技期刊数据库,对符合纳入标准的l5篇文献共计2443名患者的相关疗效指标进行了Meta分析。结果：与环丙沙星、左氧氟沙星相比,国产利福昔明治疗急性细菌性肠道感染的痊愈率、有效率、细菌清除率差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;国产利福昔明不良反应发生率为3.29%（39/1184）,与对照药物比较差异无统计学意义OR合并=0.93,95%CI为0.60～1.44,P=0.74]。结论：目前国内证据表明,与环丙沙星、左氧氟沙星相比,国产利福昔明治疗急性细菌性肠道感染疗效无显著性差异。
