CD44v6和PTEN基因蛋白在胃癌中的表达与预后的关系

目的　探讨CD4 4v6和PTEN基因蛋白在胃癌中的表达及意义。方法　应用免疫组织化学技术 ,对 17例早期胃癌和78例进展期胃癌组织进行CD4 4v6和PTEN蛋白检测 ,并结合肿瘤的病理生物学行为和临床随访资料进行分析。结果　胃癌中CD4 4v6和PTEN蛋白表达阳性率分别为 82 .1%和 4 8.4 %。进展期胃癌CD4 4v6表达阳性率明显高于早期胃癌 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而PTEN表达阳性率则明显低于早期胃癌 (P <0 0 5 ) ;CD4 4v6高表达和PTEN低表达与胃癌浆膜浸润 ,淋巴结转移和患者预后呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。CD4 4v6表达与PTEN表达呈负相关 (r =- 0 .4 8,P <0 .0 0 5 )。结论　CD4 4v6和PTEN表达与胃癌转移和患者生存期密切相关 ,检测CD4 4v6和PTEN的表达可作为判断胃癌预后的参考指标。

Expression of CD44v6 and PTEN gene protein in stomach carcinoma and their relationship with prognosis

Objective To investigate the expression ofCD44v6 and PTEN gene protein instomach carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of CD44v6 and PTEN genes in 17 cases of early stage and 78 cases advanced carcinoma of stomach. The pathobiologic behavior and follow-up were done. Results The positive rate of CD44v6 and PTEN was 83.2% and 48.4% respectively in primary stomach carcinoma. The positive rate of CD44v6 in round into stomach carcinoma was higher than that in early stage stomach carcinoma, but the PTEN was lower than that in early stage stomach carcinoma.The high level expression of CD44v6 and the low expression of PTEN were positively correlated with the stage of lymph node metastasis and the prognosis ofpatients(P<0.05).The expression of both CD44v6 and PTEN were positively correlated with serosa infiltration,lyphm node metastasis and prognosis(r=-0.48,P<0.005). Conclusion These data showed the expression of CD44v6 and PTEN was closely related to the potential of metastasis and survival rate in stomach carcinoma.CD44v6 and PTEN may be prognostic indicators in stomach carcinoma.
