老年人髋部骨折术后谵妄的原因分析和治疗

[目的]研究老年人髋部骨折术后谵妄的原因和治疗方法。[方法]对27例髋部骨折术后谵妄患者进行谵妄评定，必要时使用吸氧，全身支持疗法，地西泮或氟哌啶醇进行治疗。[结果]髋部骨折术后谵妄的病因及发病机制主要为低氧血症、术后疼痛、睡眠障碍、手术应激反应、药物毒性作用、贫血脱水低蛋白血症等。利用吸氧，全身支持疗法，地西泮或氟哌啶醇进行治疗后，临床效果较满意。[结论]针对病因积极预防与治疗，能够有效降低本病发生率。
