| Abstract: | Recently the number of AIDS cases has increased largely. In this artical four kinds of AIDS case and their legal responsibility were any lized. It was proposed that: AIDS must be examined responsibily and the law of Donating Blood must be carried out, illegal donate blood must be pumshed resolutely and spreadiny AIDS showd be punished by penel law. |
