| 摘 要： | 目的:通过阴道检查并在异常阴道镜图像区取活检,探讨宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(C IN)的检出率,阴道镜图像特征及诊断价值。方法:回顾分析2年来阴道镜检查1 812例中378例C IN的阴道镜检结果;结果:1 812例中宫颈活检1 455例,占80.3%;C IN 378例,占20.9%。C IN的异常阴道镜图像主要为血管异常、白色上皮和白斑及腺口白环、白腺。结论:阴道镜是辅助诊断C IN的重要方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the incidence of cervix intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN),picture stigma and diagnostic value by colposcopy findings.Methods: Colposcopy findings of 378 CIN were analyzed retrospectively.Results: The incidence of biopsy under colposcopy was 80.3 %(1 455/1 812).The incidence of CIN diagnosed by biopsy was 20.9%(378/1 812). The major colposcopy findings were vascular abnormalities and white cuffed gland openings.Conclusion:Colposcopy is an important assistant method for diagnosing CIN. |
