静脉滴注免疫球蛋白治疗新生儿剥脱性皮炎26例

目的：探讨静脉滴注免疫球蛋白治疗新生儿剥脱性皮炎的疗效。方法：选择新生儿剥脱性皮炎患者26例,随机分成对照组10例,单纯用头孢曲松钠50m g/kg.d静脉滴注,配合局部治疗;治疗组16例,在对照组治疗的基础上加用免疫球蛋白400m g/kg.d静脉滴注,连用3d。,然后观察两组疗效。结果：治疗组体温正常时间、尼氏征转阴时间、皮肤疱疹干燥时间均较对照组缩短,有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论：静脉滴注免疫球蛋白治疗新生儿剥脱性皮炎疗效明确,可缩短病程,值得推广。

Intravenous immunoglobulin IV therapy for neonatal exfoliative dermatitis: Treatment of 26 cases

Objective：To investigate the curative effect of intravenous immunoglobulin Ⅳ in the treatment of neonatal exfoliative dermatitis. Methods： We divided 26 cases of neonatal exfoliative dermatitis into two groups randomly：treatment group （10 cases） and control group （10 cases）. Both groups were given ceftriaxone sodium 50mg/（kg d） intravenous infusion with local treatment, and intravenous immunoglobulin Ⅳ 400mg/ （kg-d）was added to the treatment group for three days. Then the curative effect of the two groups was observed. Results：The body temperature returning to normal, Nepal＇s sign turning negative and the skin herpes drying needed less time in the treatment group than those of the control group, with a significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：The treatment of neonatal exfoliative dermatitis with intravenous immunoglohulin Ⅳ is effective and the time of treatment is shorter. This method should be recommended.
