自酸蚀粘接技术在正畸粘接中的应用评价

摘    要:目的 对在干性和湿性两种粘接环境中应用自酸蚀粘接技术作一评估。方法 本研究分为三组,A组以Unite(3M)化学固化型粘接剂粘接托槽,作为对照组;B组和C组作为实验组,分别在干性和湿性环境下应用Self-etching primer(自酸蚀封闭剂 3M)+Transbond~(XT)(光固化粘接剂 3M)粘接托槽。粘接半小时后比较三组的剪切强度及ARI评分。结果 B组和C组的剪切强度分别为7.79MPa和6.52MPa,与A组(13.7MPa)存在显著性差异,但仍在临床可接受范围之内。三组粘接剂残留指数比较显示应用自酸蚀粘接技术的样本在去托槽后仅有少量粘接剂残留在牙面上。结论 自酸蚀粘接技术具有临床应用价值,尤其是在一些特殊的粘接环境中。

Abstract:Objective The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of using Self-etching adhesive under dry and moist conditions. Methods The samples were divided into three groups; A group (Unitek adhesive was used as control group 3M), groups B and C( Self-etching primer+TransbondXT were used under dry and moist conditions 3M). The shear bonding strength and the adhesive remnant index (ARI) were determined in the first 30 minutes after bonding. Results Compared with group A (13. 7 MPa) ,the shear bonding strengths of group B (7. 79KPa)and group C(6. 52KPa) were significantly lower, but clinically acceptable. The adhesive remnant index scores indicated that significantly less residual adhesive was remain on the teeth in the group using Self-etching primer. Conclusion The Self-etching adhesion method has the clinical value, especially in some special conditions.
