支原体肺炎临床和X线分析

目的:研究支原体肺炎的X线表现.方法:回顾性分析29例支原体肺炎患者临床和X线胸片资料,所有病例免疫分析测定支原体抗体(MP-Igm)或血清冷凝集实验阳性.结果:支原体肺炎表现呈多样性,可分为四类:①表现为肺纹理增多,模糊;②表现为两肺野斑片模糊影;③表现为两肺纹理模糊合并节段性实变;④合并两侧少量胸腔积液.结论:支原体肺炎的X线表现无特异性,临床X线与实验室检查相结合是提高确诊率的主要途径.

Clinical and X-ray analysis of mycoplasma pneumonia

Objective To study X-ray image of patients with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods Restrospectively analyzing the X-ray image of 29 cases with mycoplasma pneumonia diagnosed by serum cryoagglutination tests or immunoassay to detect mycoplasma pneumonia antibody IgM. Results Judging from the chest film findings, 29 cases were divided into four types: (1) Hazy and more lung markings than normal; (2) Patch clouding opacity in bilateral lungs;(3) lung markings hazy combined with lobar or segmental consolidation;(4) Hazy lung markings combined with low amount effusions in bilateral pleural. Conclusion X-ray image of mycoplasma pneumonia shows no specificity. Combination of clinical X-ray detection and laboratory examination is the main mean to enhance clinical diagnosis.
