摘    要:目的:优选舒脑胶囊制备工艺。方法:以总多糖的收率为考察指标,应用L_9(3~4)正交试验法优选舒脑胶囊的制备工艺。结果:水煎煮乙醇沉淀制备工艺影响因素依次是:乙醇沉淀浓度(D)>水煎时间(A)>水煎次数(B)>加水量(C),最佳制备工艺为A_2B_2C_1D_2,即加10倍量水,煎煮2次,每次1.5 h,乙醇沉淀浓度为50%。结论:该优选制备工艺合理,有效成分提出率高。

Abstract:To optimize the preparing procedure for Shunao capsules. Method: The total polysaccharides were used as index, the optimum extracting conditions were studied by the orthogonal test of L_9 ( 3~4). Result: The influencing effects of factor were as follows; D>A>B>C(A: decocting time, B: decocting frequency, C: adding water volume, D: alcohol concentration). The opti-mizing preparation conditions were A_2B_2C_1D_2, i. e. added 10 times water, decoction for twice, 1.5 h every time. The precipitating concentration of alcohol was 50%. Conclusion: The optimum preparation procedure is reliable and the extracting rate of active compo-nent is high.
