法莫替丁治疗新生儿消化道出血疗效观察

目的观察法莫替丁静脉给药治疗新生儿消化道出血的疗效。方法诊断为消化道出血的新生儿58例随机分成观察组30例,对照组28例,观察组在对照组的基础上加用法莫替丁治疗。结果观察组总有效率96.7%,对照组总有效率78.6%,两组止血效果比较差异有显著性,P<0.01。结论法莫替丁治疗新生儿消化道出血疗效显著,值得临床应用。

Observaions of effect of Famotidine on hemorrhage of digestive tract in newborn

Objective] To observe the efficacy of Famotidine on hemorrhage of digestive tract in newborn by intravenous injection. Methods] 58 cases of hemorrhage of digestive tract in newborn were divided randomly into control group and treatment group,which one was treated with Famotidine and classical therapy including 30 cases, the other with classical therapy only. Results] At the end of the study ,the effective rate of 96.7% in Famotidine group and 78.6% in classical group were seen,therefore Famotidine therapy was more effective than classical therapy in hemorrhage of digestive tract in newbron (P <0.01). Conclusion] Famotidine is an effective drug in hemorrhage of digestive tract in newborn and worthy to be popularized in clinical application.
