护理诊断与护理问题之争

文章针对目前护理界究竟是用＂护理诊断＂还是用＂护理问题＂的争论,调查了教材中护理诊断与护理问题的使用现状,并进行了分析和讨论,得出如下结论：用护理问题代替护理诊断是不现实的;目前提出的护理问题的科学性有待论证;发现新的护理问题是学科发展的必然趋势,但必须经过广泛讨论、严格论证后才能进入使用阶段。

The argument regarding nursing diagnosis and nursing problem

In this paper, with the controversy of ＂nursing diagnosis＂ or ＂nursing problem＂ in current nursing profession, the author investigated the application status of nursing diagnosis and nursing problem in textbook issue, and did some analysis and discussion, finally drew the following conclusion： the way of ＂nursing problem＂ instead of ＂nursing diagnosis＂ was unrealistic; it was necessary to demonstrate whether the nursing problem have found so far was correct; it was an inevitable trend to find new nursing problems in the development of nursing professional, however they could be used in nursing practice after being extensively discussed and strictly proved.
