改良手法小切口白内障青光眼联合术疗效观察

目的探讨简化改进的手法小切口白内障摘出联合小梁切除术的临床疗效。方法对32例（33眼）白内障合并青光眼进行手法小切口白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术，与同一隧道切口内行小梁切除术。观察术后视力、眼压及并发症。结果术后视力较术前提高者占93．93％，术后1周眼压全部在正常范围；3周后有2眼眼压大于21mmHg，经局部按摩眼压降至正常。3月后仅3眼眼压高于正常。结论手法小切口白内障摘出联合小梁切除术具有操作简单、损伤小、视力恢复快、降压效果好的优点。可有效治疗白内障合并青光眼。

Therapeutic effect survey improved small incison operation of combining cataract with glaucoma

Objective To investigate clinical effect after improved manual small incision operation of combining cataract and glaucoma. Methods 32 patients （33eyes） with cataract and glaucoma underwent manual cataract extraction, intraocular lens implantation and trabeculectomy through the same tunnel incision. Vision, intraocular pressure and complication were observed after surgery. Results vision of most patients were improved after operation, the occurrence rate was 93.93%. All intraocular pressure were normal after 1 weeek, intraocular pressure of 2 eyes exceeded 21mmHg after 3weeks, nevertheless, intraocular pressure of the 2eyes recovered normal value by focalmassage. Intraocular pr qssure of only 3 eyes exceeded normal value after 3 months. Conclusions The fortes of small incision operation of manualcataract extraction with trabeculectomy include： convenient operation, slight impairment, quick recovery of vision, fine effect of decreasingintraocular pressure . Thus, the improved operation can effectively curethese patients with cataract and glaucoma.
