摘    要:为探讨心肌缺血与Q-T_c离散度(Q-T_(cd))的关系,测量77例平板运动诱导的心肌缺血病人的Q-T_(cd)与41例正常人作对照。结果显示:缺血组运动后Q-T_(cd)显著高于正常对照组(P<0.001);而对照组运动前后Q-T_(cd)变化无显著性差异(P>0.05)。提示心肌缺血是Q-T_(cd)增大的重要因素,可作为判断运动试验结果的心电学指标。

Abstract:In order to investigate relationship between Q-Tc dispersion and myocardial ischaemia, we explored changes in Q-Tc dispersion in 77 patients with exercise-induced myocardial ischaemia and 41 normal controls. Q-Tc dispersion was greater in patients with ischaemia after exercise than in normal controls ( P < 0. 001). Treadmill exercise could increase Q-Tc dispersion in patients with myocardial ischaemia ( P < 0. 001 ). There was no significant difference in,Q-Tc dispersion before and after exercise in normal controls ( P > 0. 05). Result revealed that increased Q-Tc dispersion might result from myocardial ischaemia during exercise test. It could serve as an indicator to judge result in exercise test.
