摘    要:目的探索妇产科临床教学改革的新思路,解决理论学习与临床实践的快速融合,进一步提高临床教学质量。方法在妇产科临床实习教学中引入PBL教学法,由教师作为引导者,提供真实病案,倡导学生组织讨论,以出科成绩和学生的评价作为该教学模式的考核体系。结果PBL教学法可明显提高学生学习的积极性和主动性,对临床思维能力的培养显著优于传统的教学方法。结论PBL教学法在妇产科临床教学中具有可行性,是临床教学改革的新方向。

Abstract:Objective To explore the new methods of clinical teaching reform in obstetrics and gynecology and solve the combination of theory studying and clinical, improve clinical teaching effect. Methods A new teaching methods-PBL was introduced in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology. The teacher offer ture cases. The students raised questions centering on the typical cases and discussed under the guidance of the teacher by team. Afterward the teaching effectiveness was judged by the results of test and the evaluation of students. Results PBL could significantly improve the students learning enthusiasm and study effects. PBL had more advantage in training of clinical thinking than traditional teaching. Conclusion The results showed that PBL was possible in clinical teaching. The new teaching(PBL) is a new task of clinical teaching reform.
