视黄酸与实验性近视关系的研究进展

摘    要:研究显示在异常的视觉环境中,视网膜可通过释放一些信使物质来调控眼球的生长,如多巴胺、ZENK、一氧化氮、视黄酸等。其中视黄酸(retinoic acid,RA)作为维生素A的代谢产物,是眼及视网膜感光细胞分化发育中不可缺少的物质。近年来研究发现RA与实验性近视的发生发展关系密切,RA可作为信使通过一些目前尚不明确的机制来调控其他生物活性物质,从而引起巩膜重塑,诱发近视。

Abstract:Several researches have shown that retina can regulate the ocular development via releasing certain kinds of signaling molecules such as dopamine,ZENK,nitric oxide and retinoic acid(RA)etc.As the metabolin of Vitamin A,RA plays significant roles in the differentiation and development of eye and retinal photoreceptors.According to the recent reports,there's close relationship between RA and the development of experimental myopia.Functioning as signaling molecule,RA can regulate other biologic active substances via certain unknown mechanism which may lead to the remodeling of sclera and arising of myopia.
