摘    要:研究用一氧化氮合酶在组织化学方法对大鼠中脑导水管周围灰质和中缝核簇一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元的精确定位分布进行了系统的观察,一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元胞本和纤维主要密集分布于中脑导水管周围灰质脑段的背外侧核以及中段和尾段的腹外侧核,中缝背核以及线形核内也观察到大量的一氧化氮合酶阳性胞体和纤维,在中缝正中核和中缝隐核的内可见中等量的一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元胞体和纤维,在中缝大核内仅见到少量的一氧化氮合酶阳必酶

Abstract:The histochemical staining technique was used to investigate the precise localization of the nitric oxide synthase(NOS) in the rat periaqueductal gray(PAG) and raphe nuclei. Densely NOS positive neuronal cell bodies and fibers were mainly distributed in the dorsolateral subdivision at the rostral level, ventrolateral subdivision at the middle or caudal level of PAG. In addition, densely NOS positive neuronal cell bodies and fibers were also detected in nucleus raphe dorsalis and nucleus linearis. Moderate density of NOS positive neuronal cell bodies and fibers were localized in nucleus raphe median and nucleus raphe obscurus. Sparsely NOS positive neuronal cell bodies were occasionally seen in the nucleus raphe magnus.
