| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨PPH手术中出现严重迷走神经反射的原因和治疗方法。方法:分析70例PPH术中出现严重迷走神经反射患者的资料,了解术前患者合并心血管疾病与术中发生严重迷走神经反射的关系,总结出现严重迷走神经反射的处理方法。结果:腹部坠胀不适,恶心、呕吐、心率、血压急剧下降等是PPH手术中出现严重的迷走神经反射时的常见临床表现,合并心脏功能性或器质性疾病是PPH手术中出现严重迷走神经反射的高危因素。结论:通过适当的处理可以使PPH术中严重迷走神经反射的病人顺利的通过手术,得到康复。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the reasons and treatment of patients with serious vago-response during PPH for the treatment of hemorrhoids.Methods:Data of 70 patients who had vago-response during PPH were retrospectively analyzed. The relationship between cardiovascular diseases and the happening of vago-response was investigated.Results:The common clinical manifestations of vago-response were uncomfortable feeling of abdomen, nausea, vomiting, decreasing of heart rate and blood pressure. Cardiovascular diseases were the high risk factor for vago-response during PPH.Conclusion:Suitable management can get the patients who have serious vago-response in PPH in the treatment of hemorrhoids through the operation. |
