| 摘 要： | 应用免疫组织化学染色的方法检测甲状腺肿瘤组织中galectin-3和CD44v6的表达。结果表明，galectin-3可作为甲状腺癌可靠的肿瘤标志物之一；CD44v6在甲状腺癌组织中的高表达与淋巴结转移密切相关。

| Abstract: | Galectin-3 and CD44v6 expressions in thyroid tumors were assayed by immunohistochemistry. The results suggest that galectin-3 expression is one of reliable markers of carcinoma and high CD44v6 expression is related to lymph node metastasis of thyroid carcinoma. |
