中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的临床观察

目的探讨中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）不孕的临床疗效。方法将PCOS患者170例随机分为治疗组（中西药组）和对照组（西药组）各85例。2组均行达因一35和促排卵治疗，治疗组同时采用中医辨证论治结合周期疗法。结果治疗组周期排卵率为93％，妊娠率为71％，流产率为0％；对照组周期排卵率52％，妊娠率48％，流产率15％，2纽的排卵率、妊娠率和流产率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论采用中西医结合疗法治疗多囊卵巢所致不孕症能提高患者的排卵率和妊娠率，且能降低流产率，值得推广应用。

Clinical observation of integrated therapy of Chinese and Western Medicine on 85 patients with infertility caused by PCOS

Objective To explore the clinical effect of integrated therapy of Chinese and Western Medicine on patients with infertility caused by PCOS. Method 170 patients with infertility caused by PCOS were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 85 patients each group. The patients in both groups were treated with Diane 35 and ovulation facilitation, and in the treatment group simultaneously with cyclic therapy of Chinese medicine. Results The cycle ovulation rate , pregnancy rate and abortion rate in the treatment group were respectively 93.0%, 71.0% and 0%,while in the control group they were respectively 50%, 48% and 15%, all the differences were significant. Conclusion The integrated therapy of Chinese and Western Medicine for infertility caused by PCOS can heighten the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate, and reduce abortion rate.
