两种不同切除术治疗腋臭130例疗效比较

目的:比较梭形切除和皮下修剪两种方法治疗腋臭的效果。方法:130例腋臭患者随机分为两组,梭形切除组65例,横皱襞小切口皮下修剪组65例,术后随访3个月,比较两组疗效及并发症发生情况。结果:术后3个月,皮下修剪组痊愈率(100.0%)明显高于梭形切除组(77.0%)(P<0.05),并发症发生率(4.5%)明显低于梭形切除组(50.8%)(P<0.05)。结论:皮下修剪组切除皮瓣较小,无张力愈合,疤痕较小,并发症少,痊愈率较高,是治疗腋臭较好的手术方法。

Clinical effects of 130 cases of osmidrosis treated by two different resections

Objective： To study the clinical effects of two different resections on osmidrosis.Methods： A total of 130 cases of osmidrosis were randomly divided into fusiformis excision group and transverse incision subcutaneous pruning group with 65 cases in each group.Post-operation follow-up 3 months and compared with their clinical effects and complication occurrences.Results： The curative rate of the subcutaneous pruning group（100.0%）was significantly higher than those in fusiformis excision group（77.0%）（P0.05）,complication occurrences rate（4.5%） was significantly lower than fusiformis excision group（50.8%）（P0.05）.Conclusion： With tension-free healing,smaller scar,lower complication,higher curative rate,the subcutaneous pruning is a better surgery to treat with osmidrosis.
