彩色多普勒在甲状腺肿块诊断中的价值

目的探讨超声诊断在甲状腺肿块诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析经病理确诊41例患者的甲状腺肿块的超声诊断声像图资料，观察甲状腺病灶的二维图像特征及彩色多普勒血流分布情况。结果41例患者，良性肿块37例，其中腺瘤24例，结节性甲状腺肿8例，囊肿5例。恶性肿瘤4例。超声与病理结果对照，良性肿块诊断符合率为95％，恶性肿瘤为70％，囊性为100％。结论超声可作为甲状腺肿块的首选诊断方法。

The Value of Color Doppler in the Diagnosis of Thyroid Tumor

Objective] To discuss the value of the ultrasonography in the diagnosis of thyroid tumor. Methods] The ultrasonogram data of 41 thyroid tumor patients which confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. The two-dimensional image characteristics and the Color Doppler blood flow distribution of thyroid focus were observed. Results] Among 41 patients, 37 cases were diag- nosed as benign tumors, which included 24 adenoma cases, 8 nodular goiter cases and 5 cystic cases. The rest 4 cases were malignant tumor. Compared with pathological results, the diagnostic coincidence rate of ultrasonography in benign tumor was 95%, in malignant cases was 70% ,and in cystic cases was 100%. Conclusion] Ultrasonography can he used as the preferred method of diagnosis on thyroid tumor.
