| 摘 要： | 目的：观察消痞通腑汤治疗帕金森病功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法：治疗组30例和对照组30例分别以消痞通腑汤及麻仁软胶囊治疗1个月，观察两组治疗前后的症状、体征。结果：治疗组总有效率93．3％，对照组总有放率66．7％。两组比较有显著性差并（P〈0．05）。结论：消痞通腑汤治疗帕金森病功能性便秘有较好疗效。
