| 摘 要： | 对20例心脏病施行手术治疗,治愈率100%。体会:术后病人由手术室转送到ICU这一阶段,其循环、呼吸系统极稳定。因此,及时正确连接固定各种监测、引流及输液管道,快速、准确测出所需要的监护数据,观察记录所有引流管的初始量等,是体外循环下心脏直视手术后早期监护的关键。

| Abstract: | heart disease patients were operated and all of them were cured . The Patients,circulation and respiratory systems were extremely unstable when they were sent to ICU from the operating room and so various surveillance?drainage and infusion tubes should be connected and fixed in time so as to quickly and accurately get the necessary data,in which observing and documenting the initial quantity in the drainage tubes to the key to early surveillance after cardiac directly-perceived operation under circulation outside the body. |
