76名新入校贫困大学生心理健康状况调查

目的 了解新入校贫困大学生心理卫生状况：方法采用精神症状自评量表SCL-90，对76名新入校贫困大学生进行心理健康测查，并与国内常模及127名非贫困生进行比较。结果56．6％的贫困学生存在心理健康问题，13．2％的贫困学生有明显心理障碍，突出表现为强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、敌对、焦虑、偏执等，贫困生的躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、偏执、精神病性、阳性项目数和总分与国内常模间差别均有显著性意义；贫困生的强迫、抑郁、偏执、精神病性、阳性项目数、总分与非贫困生间差别均有显著性意义。不同性别贫困大学生心理健康状况间差别无显著性意义。结论新入校贫困大学生存在不同程度心理健康问题，学校对其应尽早进行心理健康综合干预。

A Survey on the Mental Health Status of 76 New Impoverished Undergraduates

Objective To understand the mental health status of new impoverished undergraduates.Methods The ment al health of seventy-six new impoverished undergraduates were evaluated with SCL -90, compared with Chinese norm of SCL-90 and 127 non-impoverished undergraduate s.Results 56.6 percent of all the students had mental heal th problems and 13.2 percent had relatively serious mental disorders which main factors were obsessive-compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, hosti lity and anxiety. All subscales of SCL-90 in impoverished undergraduates were hi gher than that of the Chinese norm and non-impoverished undergraduates except in terpersonal sensitivity and somatization. There were no significant difference b etween male and female students.Conclusion Mental health st atus of impoverished undergraduates was not optimistic, the attention should be comprehensively paid to in intervening the situation.
