摘    要:对动脉壁受力而产生的应变进行分析是判断动脉弹性的基础,而动脉弹性又是评价心血管系统功能的重要依据.提出一种动脉壁应变的分析方法,以血管内超声图像为依据,采用有限变形力学理论,建立管壁应变的数学模型,并计算出相对应变.对血管壁区域进行三角形网格划分,以三角形单元为基础,求解动脉血管壁应变,从而判断血管壁的弹性.结果显示:血管壁各处产生的应变情况很复杂,既有正应变(x轴和y轴方向),又有角应变.用已知形变图像验证的结果表明,该方法能准确地找到血管壁的病变区域并分析应变状态,对动脉功能评价以及临床诊断有重要意义.

Abstract:Analyzing the strain of blood vessel wall is the foundation to evaluate the elasticity of blood vessel wall, and the elasticity of blood vessel wall is an important reference to estimate the function of cardiovascular system.In this article, a mathematical model of the strain was established based on the finite deformation mechanics theory and intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) images.And the relative strain was calculated.The blood vessel wall was divided into many triangle grids and the strain of blood vessel wall was calculated based on these triangle elements.The result showed that the condition of the strain was very complex.There existed the positive strain (both in x-axis and y-axis) and angular strain.The proposed method was testified using the images with known strain.It was demonstrated that the method could distinguish the pathologic region exactly and analyze the situation of strain, being promising in evaluating function of artery and clinical diagnosis.
