| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨体外循环对机体免疫 功能的影响。方法：测定体外循环组与非体外循环组术前、术后第1天、第4天、第7天血中IgA、IgM、IgG以及NK活性、IL－2、IFN－r 的变化。结果：体外循环术后上述各项指标水平降低，降低程度与体外循环时间长短有关。结论：体外循环降低了机体免疫力，体外循环时间越长免疫损害越重。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the influence of cardiopulmonary bypass on immune function of organism.Methods:The activity of IgA?IgM?IgG.NK and the changes of IL-2?IFN-r in blood at preoperation and 1?4?7 days postoperation in the CPB group and the control group were detected respectively.Results:The level of these markers postoperation in the CPB group decreased,and the degree of decrease was related to the length of the time of CPB.Conclusions:The CPB could decrease the immune function of organism,the longer time of CPB,the more serious damage of the immune function of organism. |
