| 摘 要： | 保存年轻乳腺癌患者的生育能力是影响患者生活质量的重要问题,但治疗后生育对患者远期生存有影响,因而需合理选择妊娠时机.乳腺癌系统治疗下生育能力会遭受各种损伤,现阶段保护生育能力的措施有应用促性腺激素释放激素类似物、胚胎冷冻保存、卵母细胞冷冻保存和卵巢组织冷冻保存.

| Abstract: | It is an important problem to preserve fertility of young patients with breast cancer, which infects the life quality of patients. But fertility after treatment has an impact on long term survival, so the appropriate pregnancy time should be chosen carefully. The fertility of breast canser patient suffers all kinds of damage after systemic therapy. At the present stage, the measures of fertility protection include application of gonadotropin releasing hormone analogue, embryo cryopreservation, oocyte cryopreservation and ovarian tissue cryopreservation. |
