| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨尿道内支架置入术对前列腺增生的临床应用价值。方法：15例前列腺增生的老年患进行了尿道内支架置入术。结果：内支架置入后，患的临床症状改善率为100％。结论：内支架置入是治疗前列腺增生的新技术，其疗效迅速、可靠、置入简单、创伤小。

| Abstract: | Objective The effectiveness of implanted urethral stent in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) was evaluated. Methods Fifteen cases of elderly patients with BPH were treated with implanting of self-expanding flexible urethral stent. Results The recoverence rate of clinical simptoms after this treatment was 100%. Conclusion The treatment of implanted urethral stent is a new approach for BPH. The method of implanting urethral stent is simple, reliable, less invasive, and its effectiveness is obvious. |
