肺炎性假瘤的胸部CT和平片表现分析

目的:探讨肺炎性假瘤的影像学特征.方法:回顾性分析23例经手术病理证实的肺炎性假瘤患者的胸部CR胸片和CT.结果:炎性假瘤在影像学上基本分为肿块型和渗出型.肿块型呈圆形或椭圆形,边缘光滑锐利;渗出型呈团块状或不规则形,周围可见炎性渗出.炎性渗出、胸膜增厚和粘连、支气管充气征等在炎性假瘤诊断中具有重要意义.结论:全面分析假瘤的影像学特征,提高本病诊断的准确率是可能的,必要时结合经皮肺穿刺活检术.

Imaging analysis of chest CT of pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor

Objective To analyze the imaging features of pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor. Methods The plain chest radiograms and CT of 23 cases, who had been confirmed pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor surgically and pathologically,were analyzed retrospectively. Results The findings of the disease can be classified into mass type and infiltration type.The former was ball-shaped or oblong with a smooth and well-defined margin.The later was ball-shaped or irregular shape with infiltration of inflammation around the foci.The signs of infiltration of inflammation,plural thickness and adhesion,air bronchogram were of great significance in diagnosis of the disease.Conclusion It is possible to increase the diagnosis rate by analyzing the imaging features of inflammatory pseudotumor wholely,it is necessary to combine the procedure of percutaneous biopsy of the lung under some conditions.
