| 摘 要： | 论述了整体护理模式下,情绪管理在构建和谐护患关系中的重要性。同时运用心理学的基本理论,分析了当前护患关系中存在的种种问题的根源,并提出从情绪感知和情绪控制两个方面实现情绪管理。探讨其在构建和谐护患关系实践中的应用,为构建和谐护患关系提供了一定的理论依据。

| Abstract: | This paper discuss the importance of emotional management for building harmonious nurse - patient relation under holistic nursing care mode,analyze the rootstock of variant issues in current nurse - patient relation ,and put forward to implement emotional management through two aspects, emotional perception and emotional control. It explores how to implement the two aspects in the practice of building harmonious nurse - patient relation, so provide some theoretic basis for building harmonious nurse -patient relation. |
