大鼠基底前脑NGFR神经元出生后的发育

摘    要:目的:研究基底前脑神经生长因子受体(NGFR)阳性神经元在出生后早期的发育变化。方法:60只新生大鼠按出生后当天 P0、P1、P3、P5、P7、P9、P11、P13、P15和 P30天 10个时间组进行灌注、固定和取材,每个时间组6 .只动物,冰冻切片后进行NGFR的免疫组织化学染色。结果:基底前脑内侧隔核、斜角带核、腹侧苍白球及视前大细胞核从出生当天即有 NGFR阳性细胞出现,这些阳性细胞逐渐发育生长, 30天时已基本成熟。结论:基底前脑 NGFR神经元在出生后早期的发育有一定的规律。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the developmental regularity of nerve growth factor receptor positive neurons in basal forebrain in postnatal rat. Method: 60 rats, aged from postnatal PO, P1,P3, P5, P7, P9, Pll, P13, P15 and P30 were used, 6 rats for each age group. The rats were perfused and post fixed, the brains were cut on a freezing microtome, the slides were subject to immunohistochemistry staining of NGFR. Results: NGFR positive neurons were detected on PO in the medial septum, diagonal band of broca, ventral pallidum and magnocellular preoptic area. NGFR positive neurons gradually grew and differentiated with the increasement of postnatal age. The NGFR neurons were basically matured on P30. Conclusion: There is certain regularity in the development of NGFR neurons in postnatal rat hasal forebrain.
