| 摘 要： | 本文报告采用ＬＷ型直肠温热治疗仪作直肠内温热治疗９５例／次，治疗温度４２～４３℃，持续３０分钟，测定加温前后不同时相Ｔ、Ｐ、Ｒ、Ｂｐ的变化，结果显示４２～４３℃温热治疗体温升高０～０．６℃，平均０；３℃。经方差分析表明加温２０分钟后比加温前体温有显著升高（Ｐ＜０．０５）；而Ｐ、Ｒ、ＢＰ治疗前后各时相间均无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）．病人均无不适感。笔者认为直肠温热疗法是一种简单、安全可行的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | 95 cases/times treated with hypertherni through rectum at 42～43℃ for 30 minites withLW Type Hyperthermer were reportod in thispaper.The T.P.R. BP. were recorded in different phases pre and post hyperthermia.The results showed that T increased0～0,6℃ (m=0.3℃)after hyperthermia,and a significant difference was found between pre and post hypo-erthermia for 20 minuites (P<0.05).While,no significant difference was found in P.R. BPamoun the different chronaxy before and after hyperthermia(P>0.05).All of the patientsdid not feel uneasy.So,authers suggested that the hyperthermia through rectum is simple,useful and safty therapy. |
