大鼠肝/小肠联合整块移植模型建立

摘    要:目的建立大鼠肝/小肠联合整块移植模型。方法分别以Wistar和SD大鼠为供、受体进行肝/小肠联合移植,并进行单独肝移植或小肠移植作为对照,不同移植组各取12只受体进行生存期观察。结果肝/肠联合移植手术52次,手术成功43例,成功率82.7%。联合移植组受体有9只(75%)存活时间超过60 d,且小肠移植物存活。单独小肠移植组受体均于20 d内死亡,单独肝移植组10只受体(83.3%)存活60 d以上。结论肝/小肠联合整块移植模型是研究肝/肠联合移植免疫学特性的有力模型。

Abstract:Objective To establish the model of en bloc simultaneous liver/small bowel transplantation in rats.Methods Wistar and SD rats were used as donors and recipients,respectively,to perform the liver/small bowel transplantation(LSBTx).The rats receiving liver transplantation or small bowel transplantation alone were used as the controls.Twelve recipients from each of the different groups of transplantation were observed to determine the survival time.Results Fifty-two times of liver/small bowel transplantation were performed by 43 successful operations and the successful rate was 82.7%.Nine recipients in the group of LSBTx(75%) survived for over 60 d with vital intestinal graft while all the 12 recipients from the group of small bowel transplantation alone died of allorejection in 20 d.Ten recipients of the group of liver transplantation alone(83.3%) survived over 60 d.Conclusions Simultaneous liver/small bowel transplantation in rats is a perfect model to study the immune feature of combined liver/intestine transplantation.
