北京市大学生对生殖健康、避孕教育及服务需求的调查

目的：了解北京市在校大学生对生殖健康教育和服务的态度及需求,为高校开展教育与服务提供参考。方法：采用定量研究和定性研究相结合的研究方法。定量研究为对13000名大学生进行匿名问卷调查;定性研究为半结构式专题小组访谈。研究对象的选择采用知情同意的原则。结果：共回收12679份有效问卷,其中5.09%男生曾使性伴侣发生意外妊娠,2.35%女生承认发生过意外妊娠;生殖避孕知识主要来源于报刊及科普读物、网络、同学朋友,分别达69.4%、56.4%和41.4%,仅37.7%和18.2%来自学校和家庭;只有7.1%的学生对高校提供的避孕节育服务满意;89.9%学生认为高校有必要开展生殖避孕教育;40.8%的学生认为获取避孕药具的最佳地方是药店超市,24.5%认为是自动售卖机。结论：北京市大学生所获取的生殖健康与避孕知识缺乏系统性和准确性,他们普遍对大学提供的避孕节育服务和教育现状不满意,迫切希望相关部门以专题讲座或课程教育的形式进行教育并提供避孕节育服务和咨询。
