Abstract: | Carried out a principal axea factor analysis on the Improvisation Test for Individuals (Impro-I), a roleplaying technique for assessing interpersonal styles in adults (N = 47). A structure of five factors, basically supported by subsequent oblique rotations, was identified as: Interpersonal Involvement, Task-oriented Assertiveness Relationship-oriented Assertiveness, Relationship Discontinuance, and Perceived Social Worth. |
