| 摘 要： | 目的：对人参、西洋参和桔梗进行蛋白电泳分析。方法：聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳。结果：人参、西洋参和桔梗的电泳谱带有明显差异。结论：用该法能够鉴别三种药材，且方法简便，结果可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyse the electrophoretograms of Panax ginseng, P.quinquefolium and Platycodon grandiflorum.Methods:Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE).Results:The protein electrophoretograms of Panax ginseng,P.quinquefolium and Platycodon grandiflorum were quite different.Each of them has its own characteristic band.Conclusion:This provides a method for the identification of the three drugs.The method is simple and convenient.The result is reliable and good. |
