不同参数CO2激光对猴牙龈上皮细胞祛除作用的实验观察

摘    要:目的:研究不同参数的CO2激光对猴牙龈上皮的祛除作用,筛选祛除牙龈上皮彻底、结缔组织损伤轻微的最佳激光照射参数。方法:健康成年恒河猴3只,选取其短、腭侧牙龈共65处,分13组,每组5处。每组分别以8W0.2s,8W0.5s,10W0.2s,10w0.5s的单脉冲CO2激光和6W0.02s on/0.05s off,8W0.02s on/0.05s off,10W0.02s on/0.05s off,6W0.03s on/0.05s off,8W0.03s on/0.05s off,10W0.03s on/0.05s off,6W0.04s on/0.06s off,8W0.04s on/0.06s off,10W0.04s on/0.06s off的连续脉冲CO2激光照射。照射后进行肉眼及组织切片观察。将牙龈上皮祛除分O和1度,将结缔组织损伤分0.1.2和3度。结果:10W0.02s on/0.05s off,6W0.03s on/0.05s off,8W0.03s on/0.05s off和6W0.04s on/0.06s off的连续脉冲CO2激光牙龈上皮祛除分度为0(完全祛除),结缔组织损伤分度为1或2(轻度、中度损伤)。结论:CO2激光祛除猴牙龈上皮的最佳参数为10W0.02s on/0.05s off,6W0.03s on/0.05s off及8W0.03s on/0.05s off,6W0.04s on/0.06s off.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the different de-epithelialization effect of gingiva in monkeys using carbon dioxide laser in different parameters, in order to select optimal parameters for practical use. Methods Buccal and palatal gingivae of 3 adult rhesus monkeys were irradiated with carbon dioxide laser in 13 different parameters. Biopsy was performed immediately after laser irradiation. Histological observation was made and the grade of de-epithelialization effect as well as the grade of damage to adjacent tissue were scored. Results Considering both de-epithelialization effect and damage to adjacent tissue, carbon dioxide laser irradiation in four parameters(10 W 0.02 s on/0.05 s off, 6 W 0.03 s on/0.05 s off, 8 W 0.03 s on/0.05 s off,6 W 0.04 s on/0.06 s off) can have optimal effects. Conclusions Carbon dioxide laser irradiation in adequate parameter allows for sound de-epithelialization effect, together with minimal damage to adjacent connective tissue.
