肾素血管紧张素抑制剂的研究进展

肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)是机体维持正常血压和渗透压的重要调节机制,它由一系列激素及相应的酶组成。近年来,对RAS系统的研究使该系统不断的被完善,包括新发现的血管紧张素转换酶2(ACE2)、血管紧张素1～7(Ang1～7)、血管紧张素受体2(AT2),组织局部的RAS系统等等,同时在以RAS系统为靶点的研究上也取得了很多的进展,如醛固酮抑制剂、醛固酮合酶抑制剂,肾素抑制剂等。本文就RAS系统的研究进展及应用前景展开综述。
