肺炎性假瘤——附45例分析

本文报告45例经手术切除,病理证实的肺炎性假瘤。其中肺楔形切除8例,单肺叶切除33例,双肺叶切除4例,无手术死亡,随诊全部病例未见有复发。本病的发病率有升高趋势,临床上对此病的诊断比较困难,本组71％的病例在术前被误诊为肺癌或可疑肺癌。作者复习了全部病理切片及临床资料,着重对本病的诊断,治疗等问题进行讨论。

INFLAMMATORY PSEUDOTUMOR OF THE LUNG (AN ANALYSIS OF 45 CASES)

From March 1973 to April 1990, 45 cases of inflammatory pseudotumor of lung confirmed pathologically were treated surgically in our hospital Of these cases, 8 cases were treated by wedge resection, 33 cases by lobectomy, 4 cases by tilobectomies, with no mortality . All of the patients were followed up and no recurrence occured up to date. There is a tendency of increasing incidence of this disease. It is rather difficult to diagnose this disease clinically. 76% of the patients in this series were misdiagnosed as lung cancer or suspected to be lung cancer before operation. AJ1 of the pathologic specimens and clinical data were reviewed, the diagnosis and treatment of the disease were discussed in this paper .
