| 摘 要： | 本文报告26例三叉神经痛合并高血压患者,经乳突后小切口入路,行三叉神经感觉根部分切断术,术后三叉神经疼痛消失,血压明显下降并保持相对稳定.从而改变了以往对三叉神经痛合并高血压患者不做开颅术的意见。

| Abstract: | Presented here are 26 cases of trigeminal neuralgia compli- cated with hypertension.Trigeminal neurectomy was performed with lim- ited Cutting behind mastoid.Postoperative observation showed that not only did trigeminal neuralgia disappear,blood pressure also dropped remarkably,and remined relatively stable.Hence a Change in the old id- ea that patienth trigeminal neuralgia complicated with hypertension shou- ld not be operated on. |
