| 摘 要： | 目的：观察高能聚焦超声（HIFU）与三维适形放疗（3D—CRT）联合治疗晚期原发性肝癌近期疗效和毒副作用。方法：46例晚期原发性肝癌期患者随机分为A组HIFU＋3D—CRT，B组单纯放疗。结果：A组近期有效率37．5％，B组22．7％，A组临床受益率91．6％，B组为72．7％。两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。主要毒性反应为白细胞减少和血小板减少。结论：HIFU＋3D—CRT联合治疗晚期原发性肝癌有较好的疗效和耐受性。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect and toxicity of high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU) combined with three dimensional conformal radiation therapy(3D-CRT) in the treatment of advanced primary liver cancer(PLC).Method Forty-six patients with advanced PLC were randomly divided into group A(HIFU 3D-CRT) and group B(3D-CRT alone).Results The effective rate in group A was 37.5% and 22.7% in group B.The clinical beneficial rate in group A was 91.6%,and 72.7% in group B.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The main toxicities were leucocytopenia and thrombocytopenia.Conclusion Thermotherapy of HIFU in combination with 3D-CRT is a feasible and well-tolerated method treating advanced PLC. |
