| 摘 要： | 目的：检测变应性鼻炎患者IL-9的表达水平，探讨IL-9在变应性鼻炎发生发展中的意义。方法：收集49例变应性鼻炎患者的外周血标本，其中未治疗组30例，临床缓解组19例，另取30例健康志愿者的外周血标本作为正常对照组。采用实时荧光定量PCR（QRT-PCR）检测IL-9基因在外周血中的表达水平，酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）检测血浆IL-9含量。结果：变应性鼻炎未治疗组外周血单个核细胞中ILOmRNA表达水平及血浆IL-9含量明显高于变应性鼻炎临床缓解组和正常对照组（P〈0．05），而变应性鼻炎临床缓解组与正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义。变应性鼻炎未治疗组IL-9 mRNA表达水平与临床评分呈正相关。结论：变应性鼻炎患者外周血单个核细胞中IL-9呈高表达。IL-9可能参与了变应性鼻炎的病理过程，具体机制有待进一步探讨。
