| 摘 要： | 目的:比较七氟醚吸入麻醉和异丙酚-氯胺酮静脉麻醉在小儿下腹部手术应用中的优缺点.方法:120例年龄2～6岁ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级在全麻下行腹股沟斜疝或隐睾手术的患儿随机分为七氟醚吸入麻醉组(S组)和异丙酚-氯胺酮静脉麻醉组(P组),分别记录手术中患儿体动情况、心率变化、脉搏血氧饱和度、术毕苏醒时间以及恶心呕吐(PONV)发生率.结果:P组手术中患儿发生体动明显高于S组(P<0.01),而P组心率变化超过20%的患儿高于S组(P<0.05).15例P组患儿出现Sp2<95%,明显高于S组(P<0.01).P组术毕清醒时间明显长于S组,而PONV的发生率P组明显低于S组(P<0.01).结论:与异丙酚组比较,七氟醚吸入麻醉患儿手术过程中的心率稳定及脉搏血氧饱和度正常,同时苏醒时间短.但是应预防术后恶心呕吐的发生.
