| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨近视眼检查后未行LASIK术的原因。方法:近视1026例(2039眼)进行术前检查后未行LASIK的165例(296眼),对未行LASIK手术的原因进行分析。结果:165例(296眼)中思想顾虑大者45例(89眼,30.1%);中央角膜厚度不足者36例(66眼,22.3%);眼底病变22例(36眼,12.1%);角膜病变14例(16眼,5.4%);可疑青光眼12例(20眼,6.8%);中重度干眼11例(22眼,7.4%);矫正视力不良6例(10眼,3.4%);全身疾病7例(14眼,4.7%);其他原因12例(23眼,7.8%)。结论:LASIK手术是一种选择性手术,医患之间应加强沟通,严格进行术前检查,严格掌握手术的适应证和禁忌证。
