摘    要:目的:分析甲型H1N1流感病毒裂解疫苗(下称"甲流疫苗")接种后药物不良反应(ADR)的发生情况。方法:采用Excel 2003版软件,将2009年9月15—25日接种"甲流疫苗"的1173例各类人员的一般情况,ADR发生时间、持续时间,发生率与转归等进行统计分析。结果:1173例"甲流疫苗"接种者中62例出现ADR,发生率为5.28%,其中局部反应发生率为3.67%,全身反应发生率为1.62%。所有报告病例均为非严重性,全部病例均在短时间内恢复正常,无严重接种不良反应发生。结论:"甲流疫苗"的不良反应发生率低,且反应轻微,安全性较高,可用于人群的大规模预防接种及疫情应急接种。

Abstract:Objective:To analyse the ADR of influenza(H1N1) a virus cracking vaccine in human population.Methods:Using software Excel of 2003 edition,the adverse reactions caused by influenza(H1N1) a virus cracking vaccine were investigated in 1 173 subjects in the hospital affiliated to medical college of Chinese People's Armed Police Forces.The investigation included ADR incidence rate,ADR emerged time,duration and turnover.We made a statistical analysis.Results:Among the 1 173 subjects,the total rate of adverse effects was 5.28%(62/1 173),of which local reactions were 3.67%,and general reaction was 1.62%.That caused by innactivated influenza(H1N1) a virus cracking vaccine was not severe.All the reported cases were recovered in a short time.Conclusions:According to the investigation,it was concluded that the inactivated influenza(H1N1) a virus cracking vaccine is safe with a low frequency and light manifestation of adverse reactions,and it can be used in vaccination for wide population and emergency.
