女性婴幼儿腹股沟滑动性斜疝55例分析

目的 探讨女性婴幼儿腹股沟滑动性斜疝的病因、诊断及治疗。方法回顾性分析55例手术患儿的临床资料。结果 体位对本病的发病有影响；患儿临床表现不典型，易误诊；彩超检查对本病诊断价值高；早期手术是有效治疗方法。结论 考虑本病患儿应常规行彩超检查，建议早期手术治疗。

An Analysis About 55 Cases of Sliding Inguinal Hernia of Female Infants

Objective 　To investigate the cause, diagnosis and treatment for Sliding inguinal hernia of Female infants. Methods The data of the 55 cases with Sliding inguinal hernia was analyzed retrospectively .Results The body position was the main reasons for Sliding inguinal hernia. It easy to be misdiagnosed with atypical clinical feature. Ultrasound was the main means for early diagnosis. Early surgery is an effective treatment. Conclusions Routine ultrasound examination and early surgery were the key things.
