西酞普兰治疗强迫症的对照研究

目的：探讨西酞普兰治疗强迫症的疗效和安全性。方法：41例强迫症患者随机分为西酞普兰组21例，氯丙咪嗪组20例，共治疗8周，采用Yale-Brown强迫量表(Y-BOCS)、Hamilton抑郁量表(HAMD)和不良反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和副反应。结果：西酞普兰组与氯丙咪嗪组治疗前后Y-BOCS与HAMD分值比较差异均有显著性，而两组减分治疗前后相比差异无显著性。西酞普兰组副作用明显比氯丙咪嗪组小。结论：西酞兰治疗强迫症疗效好，副反应少，依从性好，是治疗强迫症的理想药物。

A comparative study between citalopram and clomipramine in the treatment of obsessive - compulsive disorder

Objective: To explore the effect and security of citalopram. Methods: 41 patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) were divided into two groups: 21 cases were treated with citalopram and 20 cases were treated with clomipramine (control group) for 8 weeks. The curative effect and side effect were assessed with Y-BOCS, HAMD and TESS. Results: The difference was significant between before and after treatment in Y-BOCS or HAMD score (P<0.01). But the difference of the efficacy between two groups was no significant (P>0.05). The side effects of citalopram group were less then clomipramine group. Conclusions: In the treatment of OCD, citalopram had higher curative effect, fewer side effects and better medication compliance.
