加味四君子汤和人参水煎剂对力竭运动后大鼠心肌保护作用的研究

目的:观察加味四君子汤和人参水煎剂对力竭运动后大鼠心肌的保护作用.方法:以大鼠力竭运动为模型,A组不做任何训练,常规饲养,自由饮食;B组力竭运动组;C组:力竭运动后灌喂加味四君子汤组;D组力竭运动后灌喂人参水煎剂组.实验动物在训练5周后,取心肌组织,用Hu-12A型透射电镜75 KV观察A、B、C、D四组心肌结构、局部和细胞器,比较其不同.结果:力竭运动可造成大部分心肌细胞的肌丝溶解,大量线粒体肿胀,一些区域的肌膜不完整,致使心肌细胞线粒体等细胞器外溢.而灌喂加味四君子汤组、灌喂人参水煎剂组心肌纤维结构,细胞器较正常饲养组无明显变化.结论:加味四君子汤和人参水煎剂对力竭运动大鼠心肌有保护作用.

Study on Protective Effect of Modified Sijunzi Decoction and Ginseng Decocted Extract on Exhausted Postkinetic Myocardium of Rats

Objective: To observe the protective action of Modified Sijunzi Decoction and Ginseng dococted extract on rats' myocardium after strength-exhausting activity. Method: The model rats were established with exhausting action. Rats in group A were givern no training exercise and fed regularly with free diet; Rats in group B were strength-exhausted; Rats in group C were fed with Modified Sijunzi docoction after strength-exhausting activity; And rats in group D were fed with Ginseng decocted extract after strength-exhausting activity. After 5 weeks of experiment, the myocardial tissues were taken to observe the myocardial structure, localization and organelle of A,B,C,D groups with type Hu-12A electron miroscope of 75 kv, and to compare their differences. Results: Strength-exhausting activity can lead to the myofilament dissolution of most myocardial cells, the swelling of multitude of mitochondria, and the incomplete sarolemma in some local parts, thus resulting in the overflowing of organelle such as the mitochondrin of myocardial cell. And the myocardial fiber structure and organelle perfused with Modified Sijunzi Decoction and Ginseng decocted extract didn't show obvious change compared with regularly-fed group. Conclusion: Modified Sijunzi Decoction and Ginseng decocted extract have protective action on the myocardia of strength-exhausted rats.
