输卵管妊娠的超声诊断

目的:探讨输卵管妊娠的阴道超声表现。方法:选取2011年以来收治的30例临床输卵管妊娠患者的超声诊断资料进行分析。结果:超声诊断输卵管妊娠的正确率在77%～92%。经阴道超声检查,图像清晰、准确、检查快速,输卵管早期妊娠的早期诊断率得到明显提高。结论:通过B超诊断发现早期输卵管妊娠,不仅可以降低输卵管妊娠对妇女的潜在威胁,还可以减少使用一些有创的检查手段,如诊断性腹腔镜和诊断性刮宫等。

Ultrasonic Diagnosis of Tubal Pregnancy

Objective:To investigate the tubal pregnancy by transvaginal sonography manifestations. Methods:From 2011 30 clinical cases of tubal pregnancy patients with ultrasound diagnosis analysis. Results:ultrasound in the diagnosis of tubal pregnancy rate in 77%～ 92%. Transvaginal ultrasound examination, image clarity, accurate, rapid examination of fallopian tube in early pregnancy, early diagnosis rate is increased obviously.Conclusions: By B ultrasound diagnosis of early tubal pregnancy, can not only reduce the tubal pregnancy on women of the potential threat, also can reduce the use of some invasive means, such as a diagnostic laparoscopy and diagnostic curettage.
