试论腹诊在脾胃病辨治中的指导意义

本文认为运用腹诊辨治脾胃病,《内经》、《伤寒论》虽有论述,然唐宋以后方书中绝少记载,腹诊辨治脾胃病仅存问而知腹证,这种做法势必影响和降低脾胃病的诊疗水平。因此,运用腹诊法所取得的腹证,藉以判断脾胃病病因、病症、病性与病势,从而为辨证论治提供依据,可以决定脾胃病的治则、制方和遣药的依据,有助于提高临床疗效。
